What painting work does Pars Painting Melbourne quote?
Interior and exterior repainting of existing homes, including room refreshes, preparation before sale and painting before moving in. Fitzroy is our main service area, with work also considered in Brunswick and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. The written scope depends on the surfaces, their condition, access and the finish required.
Do you provide free painting quotes?
Yes. Kian quotes after seeing the property in person. When you get in touch, the suburb, property type, areas to be painted, current condition and preferred timing are useful. For a small job, useful photos sent on WhatsApp can also get you an initial estimate; the final quote still follows a confirmed scope, condition and access, and a visit may still be needed.
Do I need photos before I contact you?
No. Call Kian on 0402 242 442 to start a conversation. Photos can help explain the work, but the short enquiry form asks only for your name, phone number, suburb and what needs painting. A description is optional.
How is the painting price worked out?
A quote considers the actual surfaces, their condition, preparation, access and the selected finish. Tell us which rooms or exterior areas you want painted and any timing constraints. For a small job, sending useful photos, your suburb and timing on WhatsApp can get you an initial estimate from Kian. A bedroom count or a photo alone does not fix the final price: that is confirmed once Kian has reviewed the scope, condition and access, and a visit may still be needed. What preparation can be included?
Depending on the surfaces and agreed scope, preparation can include protection, filling, sanding, minor patching, spot priming and treatment of visibly failed coating areas.
Can I discuss a smaller repaint, or an occupied home?
Yes to both. A single room, selected walls, doors or trims can be discussed as well as a larger repaint. For an occupied home or an operating business, tell us which spaces need to remain usable so access and sequencing can be considered before the scope is agreed, and the work staged so disruption is reduced where practical.
Which areas do you service?
Fitzroy is our primary service area, where we have worked since May 2014. We also serve surrounding Melbourne suburbs, including Brunswick, Northcote, North Melbourne, Coburg, Pascoe Vale and Essendon.
Do you handle commercial and body corporate work?
Yes. We quote suitable offices, retail and hospitality spaces, common areas, managed properties and body corporate painting with a written scope and practical staging.
Which paint products do you use?
Products are selected around the substrate, location, condition and finish required. The proposed coating system can be confirmed in the quote rather than assumed from a generic package.
Where can I see the work?
The project section includes published Houzz galleries and separate photo stories supplied directly by Kian, such as one doorway through four painting stages. The stories show visible details and stages of work; they do not claim an unrecorded project location, product or date. Customer feedback can be read at our Google Business Profile.
