Apartment & unit painting
Apartment and unit painting in Melbourne
Apartment painting needs a clear distinction between the individual lot, common property and the access rules of the building.
Kian visits, looks at the surfaces and gives you a written quote. Fitzroy painters since May 2014 · Public Liability Insured.

What the work can include
Pars Painting scopes the surfaces first and plans the work around occupancy, access and the required finish.
Apartment interiors
Walls, ceilings, doors, frames, skirting and other agreed interior surfaces can be quoted separately so owners understand what is included.
Occupied or vacant units
An occupied apartment may need room-by-room sequencing and protection planning. A vacant apartment can often be organised around cleaning, flooring, tenant changeover or sale preparation.
Building access and protection
Lift bookings, loading access, parking, working hours and protection of shared corridors or lobbies should be confirmed before work starts where the building requires them.
Repairs and preparation
The scope can identify visible filling, sanding, patching or priming appropriate to the surfaces. Significant water damage, active leaks or building defects may require another trade before painting.
Common property is a separate scope
Corridors, foyers, stairwells and other common property normally involve the owners corporation or building manager and should not be assumed to form part of a private apartment quote.
How quoting works
A written quote after Kian has seen the property
Get in touch
Call, send a WhatsApp message or leave a phone number or email. A short description of the job is enough to start.
Kian visits the property
He looks at the surfaces, their condition and the access, and talks through what you want painted or repaired.
You get a written quote
The quote sets out the agreed surfaces, preparation and price. Nothing is priced from photos or a description alone.
