Pars performs the same agreed work for 95% of your qualifying written quote total.
Route 2 — the quoting company does the work
The company that issued the quote performs the work. Pars contributes 5% of the agreed total and you pay the remaining 95%. You agree the contractor and the payment arrangement with Pars before booking.

- A public rating strictly above 4 out of 5 from at least 20 public reviews at the time we assess it.
- A genuine, current written quote for this property from that company, for work it is actually willing and available to carry out at the quoted scope and total — not an unavailable paper quote.
- A like-for-like match to the work Pars would quote: the same surfaces and areas, preparation and repairs, paint and products, coats and finish, labour and materials, access, protection and clean-up, and the same relevant inclusions, exclusions, warranty and timing, compared on the total payable including GST where applicable and any mandatory charges.

What the work can include
Walls, ceilings and detailed finishes
Interior work can include walls, ceilings, cornices, doors, frames, skirting boards, trims and feature walls. We scope each surface separately so the quote reflects the real work involved. The interior painting cost guide explains why room count alone does not describe the job.
Surface preparation before coating
Visible cracks, dents, old repairs, flaking areas and rough edges are reviewed before painting. Where required, preparation can include protection, filling, sanding, minor patching and priming to create a more consistent base.
Occupied homes and staged work
If you are living in the property, we can discuss a room-by-room sequence so the work is easier to manage. Furniture access, drying time and the order of ceilings, walls and trims are considered before commencement.
Rental, pre-sale and presentation work
Interior repainting can be targeted to improve presentation before a property is leased or sold. The scope can focus on the most visible rooms and surfaces when timing or budget is a priority.
Commercial interiors
Offices, retail areas, hospitality spaces and common areas often need a practical schedule as well as a good finish. We can discuss access, operating hours and staging as part of the quote.

What preparation might an interior repaint need?
Preparation depends on the surfaces. Filling, sanding, minor patching, protection and priming can be included where the condition calls for it.
Can you paint one room before the rest of the home?
Yes. A room refresh and a larger interior repaint can both be discussed. The written scope identifies the rooms and surfaces that are included.
What affects the cost of interior painting?

He reviews the surfaces, their condition and the access — from your photos, suburb and timing for a suitable small job, or with an on-site visit for anything larger or unclear — then talks through what you want painted or repaired.
You get a written quote
The quote sets out the agreed surfaces, preparation and price, confirmed once Kian has reviewed the scope, condition and access — a visit may still be needed. Photos alone do not fix a final quote.
