  2. Kian reviews the job

    He reviews the surfaces, their condition and the access — from your photos, suburb and timing for a suitable small job, or with an on-site visit for anything larger or unclear — then talks through what you want painted or repaired.

  3. You get a written quote

    The quote sets out the agreed surfaces, preparation and price, confirmed once Kian has reviewed the scope, condition and access — a visit may still be needed. Photos alone do not fix a final quote.
