Contact

Contact Kian about your painting project

Call or WhatsApp Kian, or leave a phone number or email in the short form below. One is enough, and no detailed brief is needed.

Kian reads every enquiry himself and quotes only after he has seen the property in person. An enquiry is not a confirmed visit or quote.

Add project details Optional

None of these is needed to send the form. They exist because answering them usually makes the first reply more useful than a request for more information.

Enter the non-personal code shown by the partner, if provided. Do not enter a person’s name, phone number, email address, property address or account number.

Project photosOpen WhatsApp and attach up to six useful project photos yourself, or submit this text-only form without photos.Keep faces, identity documents, mail, keys and other sensitive information out of any project images.

What you send here goes to FormSubmit, which forwards the details to Pars by email. FormSubmit’s documentation states that submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. It also carries three non-personal routing values chosen by our own code: a fixed source category, the page you first landed on and the page you are sending from. No referrer address, search wording or campaign text is included. See our Privacy page for what we do with it and how to ask about your details.

Submitting this form does not confirm a price. Kian quotes only after he has seen the property in person.

How quoting works

What happens after you get in touch

  1. Get in touch

Call, send a WhatsApp message or leave a phone number or email. A short description of the job is enough to start.

  2. Kian visits the property

He looks at the surfaces, their condition and the access, and talks through what you want painted or repaired.

  3. You get a written quote

The quote sets out the agreed surfaces, preparation and price. Nothing is priced from photos or a description alone.

A scope you can compare

Know what the quote is built around.

A useful price starts with a useful scope. Pars Painting reviews the property condition, access and required finish so the proposed work can be understood before it begins.

  • Important details, made visible

Areas and surfaces. Rooms, elevations, doors, trims or shared areas being assessed.

Preparation. Protection, cleaning, filling, sanding, patching or priming allowed for where relevant.

Coating details. Agreed products, finishes and coats where they form part of the confirmed scope.

Practical limits. Access, visible repairs, inclusions, exclusions and timing that may affect the work.

Final inclusions depend on site condition and the scope agreed for your project.

  • Occupied-home planning

If people are living or working in the property, tell us before quoting. We can discuss protection, access, room sequence and practical timing around the agreed work.

Protect the work area. Plan protection for floors, furniture and fixtures around the agreed areas.

Sequence the work. Discuss room order, access and practical timing before work starts.

Check the handover. Review the agreed work areas and finish at completion.

Other ways to reach us

  • What to send

A phone number or email is enough to start. If you already know the suburb, areas to paint or timing, you can add those details too.

  • Call directly

Call 0402 242 442 to discuss the project. If we cannot answer immediately, leave enough detail to identify the job and location.

  • Business hours

Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00 · Sat 09:00–17:00 · Sun 09:00–13:00 (Melbourne time). If we miss your call, leave a message or use the short enquiry form. We visit customers at their properties; these hours do not describe a walk-in shop.

  • Email enquiries

Send quote details to quotes@ppmel.com.au. For general business enquiries, use info@ppmel.com.au. Include the property suburb and the main work areas in your message.

  • What happens next

Kian reads enquiries himself and quotes only after he has seen the property in person, never from photos or a written description. An enquiry is not a confirmed quote.

  • Comparing this quote with others

If you are collecting quotes from several painters, our 2026 Melbourne painting quote guide sets out the items a quote has to state before two of them can be compared, and what Victorian consumer law does and does not require for painting-only work.
